Try to find any pro-American balance when you watch the report by Amy Napier Viteri, formerly with Telemundo, which covers immigration stories with an open-borders slant. Does interviewing Jerry Gonzalez, who runs the anti-borders, business-funded GALEO, but no one with an opposing view, count as balance? Does interviewing a laborer, who speaks no English and who we can presume is an illegal alien, but no American workers, count as balance?
Also, try to remember that the term “illegal alien” is a legal and accurate way to describe a noncitizen that is present in the United States in violation of our immigration laws.
Further, try to remember that “illegal alien” is widely used in federal law, Georgia state law, by the IRS, in Presidential Executive Orders, and in deliberations and decisions by the United States Supreme Court, including by Justice Sonia Sotomayor. Examples? See here.
But, don’t forget to be offended. Got that?
