An anti-immigrant group launched an ad campaign in Milwaukee Tuesday attacking House Speaker Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) for "giving good paying American jobs away to foreign workers."
The ad features former Congressional Black Caucus Foundation Executive Director Frank Morris, who starts off saying, "some call Americans who oppose mass immigration 'racist.' I fought for civil rights all my life, and I oppose mass immigration."
Californians for Population Stabilization (CAPS), the group that paid for the ads, says its goal is to "formulate and advance policies and programs designed to stabilize the population of California, the U.S. and the world at levels which will preserve the environment and a good quality of life for all."
The Southern Poverty Law Center lists CAPS as an anti-immigrant hate group.
The ad ends on a shot of Ryan, who the group links to immigration legislation over the last 20 years.
