CAPS' latest ads are shaking things up. Thanks to your support, CAPS was the first national organization to run an anchor baby TV ad during the first presidential debate on CNN. Accompanying radio ads in Los Angeles focused on birth tourism and educating Angelenos on the true effects of anchor babies.

All the ads directed viewers and listeners to USAnchorBabies.org to see where presidential candidates stand on granting citizenship to anyone that happens to be born on U.S. soil and to ask them to sign the petition to end this harmful practice. CAPS' activists have been passionately calling for an end to sanctuary cities.  Over the past few months, fueled by the murders of Kate Steinle and Marilyn Pharis, CAPS' members have been calling, writing, protesting, attending local hearings, and visiting Capitol Hill to stop more preventable tragedies. 

From coast to coast, efforts are gaining footholds including North Carolina's Governor Pat McCrory signing a bill to ban sanctuary cities (click here to thank him) and pro-sanctuary city Sheriff Ross Mirakimi is losing his bid for re-election amid scrutiny of the city's sanctuary policies.
