Arizona Congressman Slams Biden’s “Reckless” Decision to End Title 42

The Biden Administration recently signaled they intend to repeal a Trump-era enforcement policy known as Title 42, which gave extra authority to border agents to expel migrants attempting to cross our southern border.
Critics of the plan (both Democrats and Republicans) say the move could result in an historic surge at the border. In fact, as CAPS previously documented, repealing Title 42 could bring a wave of up to 170,000 migrants attempting to enter the US, alone this spring.
